Preparation
of manuscript |
Type
on only one side of the paper. Use double spacing throughout,
including title page, abstract, text, acknowledgements, reference,
tables, and legends for illustrations. Begin each of the
sections on separate pages. Type page number in the upper
or lower right hand corner of each page. |

Title
Page |
The
title page should carry (a) the title of the article, which
should be concise but informative, first name, middle initial
and last name of each author, with highest academic degrees(s)
and institutional affiliation(s) and institution(s) to which
the work should be attributed, name and address of author
responsible for support in the form of grants, equipment,
durgs or all of these |

Abstract |
It
should not be of more than 150 words |

Text |
The
text of observation and experience article is usually but
not necessarily-divided into section with the heading introduction,
methods, results and discussion.
Do not use patient’s name, initials, or hospital
numbers, especially in any material.
restrict table and figure to those needed to explain the argument of
the paper and to assess its support . do not repeat in the text all the
data in the table or illustration. Emphasise the new and important aspect
of the study and the conclusions that follows from them.

Tables |
Type
each table double speed on a separate sheet. Number tables
consecutively in the order of their first citation in the
text and supply a brief title for each. Give each column
a short or abbreviated heading. Place explanatory matter
in footnotes. Do not use internal horizontal or vertical
rules. If you use data from another source obtain permission
and acknowledge fully |

Illustrations |
Submit
the require number of complete set of figure. Figure should
be professionally drawn and photographed. Sharp, glossy black
and white photograph prints usually 5 * 7 cms. Titles and
detail explanations belongs in the legends for illustrations,
not on the illustrations themselves
Each figure should have a label pasted on its back indicating
the number of the figure , author’s name, and top
of the figure, symbol arrows, or letters used in the
photomicrographs should contrast with the background
. if photograph of
person are used either the subject must not be identifiable
or their picture must be accompanied by written permission
to use the photograph.
For illustrations in colour, positive consecutive transparencies,
colour prints should be sent. The colour printing may
be charged

Abbreviations
and symbol |
Use
only standard abbreviations. Void abbreviations in the title
and abstract. The full terms for which an abbreviation stands
should precede its first use in the text. |

Acknowledgementsr |
Technical
help should be acknowledging other contribution. |

Reference |
We
follow Vancouver format for bibliographical references.
Number references consecutively in the order in which they are first
mentioned in he text. Identify reference in text, table and legends.
Use the style of the example below.
